As a mother-daughter owned company, GoMacro has always focused on creating a workplace that feels like family. As part of that, we are committed to developing and fostering policies that reflect our commitment to the well-being of our employees. Here are just a few of the ways in which we do that...

Our headquarters in Viola, WI features an open office layout that encourages collaboration and transparency between all team members. The office also offers employees a lactation/quiet room, a gym, a locker room, and even on-site massage services. By creating and maintaining a comfortable workspace, we hope to provide team members with the environment and balance they need to do their best work.

Along with competitive wages for all roles, some positions are eligible for sign-on bonuses, incentive pay, and 401(k) plans with company matching. All full-time employees are eligible for company-sponsored health and dental benefits, as well as short-term disability and paid parental leave. To encourage continuous growth and learning, eligible employees can receive education and tuition reimbursement. These policies support employee well-being by ensuring they have all the tools they need to live and work healthily, happily, and successfully.

In addition to these more traditional benefits, we also offer many other perks to help our employees live balanced, holistic lives. During the harvest season, our Farm Share program provides employees with locally grown produce – much of which is grown right on our family farm where the company was founded! To share the power of a plant-based lifestyle, we offer employees free monthly plant-based lunches, as well as complimentary MacroBars, of course!

All team members even receive two annual “Give Back Days” to volunteer in the community! This is an opportunity to spend paid working days giving back in their local areas or volunteering with a non-profit organization of their choice. Employees are encouraged to spend their Give Back Days in any way that feels aligned with their values, and many choose to team up and do projects together as a way to support causes they care about. Not only does this help the community, but it gives our employees a chance to experience the joy of giving back.
