My favorite flavor! The maple and pumpkin seeds taste like autumn. I enjoy the complex sugar and the protein for power. I enjoy this bar while grading papers; it gives me an energy kick to get the last assignment done.

These are delicious. I'm so happy to finally have found a nut free and *CHOCOLATE FREE* protein bar!!! No easy task these days. They're not overly sweet and the texture is perfect! Here's to more nut free and chocolate free options from this great little company.

This bar is life saving for me! I have many dietary restrictions and this is the only bar on the market that works for me. I take these with me when I travel and am unable to find anything to eat that I can tolerate. I so appreciate their portability and that they taste so good!
