I purchased the FODMAP variety pack having narrowed down my favorite flavors before this pack. It contains the most delicious filling flavors that I have purchased so far. I love Go Macro, and I intend to purchase this pack again!

I love that there's a FODMAP friendly variety pack! Very seldom to I find foods specifically aimed at a low FODMAP diet or folks with tummy issues like I have. I don't think there's a single flavor I don't like. I also love what the company stands for. Highly recommend!

I am eating these because I'm on the FODmap diet so am avoiding some dairy and wheat as well as other grains and legumes. The taste of the bars is fine but they are mostly fat and sugar at least the dark chocolate and almonds bar. I honestly don't know what else they can be made from. Whatever stomach issues I have (probably some type of GERD) has a hard time digesting them. But that's been true of most food bars I've tried. I rated them a 3 because I really have no opinion as to how helpful they are for someone with stomach issues following the FODmap diet. If No Opinion had been an option I would have chosen that. I absolutely LOVE this variety pack! I love all of the bars included and I don’t have to worry about finding food wherever I am going because I always have a bar with me! I also don’t have to worry about any stomach issues when having one of these bars, and bonus... it tastes like dessert! I would LOVE to see more low FODMAP bars in the future!
