I have 6 incurable diseases and changed my life after 60 years of being proactive, taking ALL medications my doctors told me to take for each of these diseases!! I am here today because of a tragic experience of having a drug interaction. I stopped taking almost ALL meds and changed my way of life. I took my life back and did a lot of research on reading about Plant based diets. I hate calling this a diet. I say I changed my lifestyle!!! These bars are excellent when you are on the go and need a pick-me-up. I did a total cleanse of all toxins that are in our foods we eat today. I have renewed my life!!! Total love your story as well!
