  • 1 Zucchini, quartered
  • 1 Yellow Squash, quartered
  • 1 Orange Pepper, quartered
  • 1 Yellow Onion, quartered
  • 1 cup Whole White Mushrooms, quartered
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder


1. Preheat the grill and prepare the grate.
2. Quarter up your veggies and stack them on the skewers. Alternate the vegetables as you stack them up the skewer.
3. Lightly coat the veggies with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Cook kabobs on the grill until the vegetables are tender. Turn the vegetables every few minutes for about 10 minutes.
