Fall is the perfect time to whip up this beautiful berry crisp created by @vegamelon.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mixed Berries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, optional
  • 2 tbsp Raw Sugar, optional
  • 3/4 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Nuts & Seeds, your choice
  • 1 Cherries + Berries MacroBar
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or Nut- Seed Butter
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

1. In a bowl, toss berries with lemon juice and (optional) cinnamon + sugar. Place into a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet.
2. . In a food processor, combine the topping ingredients (oats, nuts & seeds, MacroBar, syrup, coconut oil, and water) and pulse into a homogeneous mixture.
3. Spread the topping evenly over the berries, then bake at 350F / 180C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
