These crispy and delicious potatoes are the perfect side dish for your next meal, whether it's brunch, dinner, or a holiday feast!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Small Yellow Golden Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prepare a lined baking sheet with parchment paper & a drizzle of oil.
2. Rinse your potatoes thoroughly, removing any dark spots or large impurities from the skin with a paring knife.
3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and drop prepped potatoes, boiling until a fork can slide smoothly through the potatoes (about 20 minutes).
4. Once potatoes are soft, strain from water, and toss with olive oil and seasonings.
5. Place the seasoned potatoes on your baking sheet and smash with a small glass or the back of a wooden spoon.
6. Sprinkle with black pepper and additional seasonings to taste, bake until golden brown.
