Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews, Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Water, Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Sour Cream
  • 3/4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup White Onion, carmelized
  • 2 tsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • Gluten-Free Chips or Veggies, for dipping

Directions

1. Add your cashew sour cream ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until creamy. For easier blending, soak cashews in water overnight.
2. Sauté onion in a medium skillet until fragrant. *Option to add in a small amount of veggie broth in the pan and let it evaporate, roughly ¼ cup.
3. Add all remaining ingredients, except for the chives, to the cashew sour cream.
4. Mix well and top with chives.
5. Enjoy with gluten-free chips or your favorite veggies.
