Vegan Pear Crisp

Our easy Vegan Pear Crisp made with our Maple Sea Salt MacroBar, gluten-free oats, and cinnamon is the perfect dessert to satisfy your comfort food cravings.

Yield: 6 servings


  • 6 - 7 Pears, sliced
  • 1 Maple Sea Salt MacroBar, chopped
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon, divided
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Gluten-Free Quick Cooking Oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Butter, cold


1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease baking dish.
2. Slice pears and layer into baking dish or cast iron skillet and sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon.
3. Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats, maple syrup, Maple Sea Salt MacroBar, vanilla and remaining cinnamon in a bowl.
4. Slice and add in butter, working until mixture forms large crumbs. Sprinkle over pears.
5. Bake 30-35 mins or until topping is golden brown.
