Ingredients
- 3 - 4 Lemon + Lemon MacroBars
- 2/3 cup Coconut Butter, filling
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, filling
- 1/4 cup Honey, filling, can substitute with Maple Syrup or Date Syrup
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix the nut/seed butter, melted coconut oil, sweetener of choice, vanilla extract and lemon juice.
2. Cut the MacroBars in into squares and set aside
3. Roll the fillings into a ball and flatten with your hands. Press between two cookies. Do this until all cookie sandwiches are made.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
