Sweet Pea Hummus

Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Chickpeas, cooked or 14-oz can, drained
- 1 cup Green Peas, cooked
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup Water, plus more as needed
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, or to taste
- Spices/Herbs, to taste
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor.
2. Begin blending while streaming in the olive oil.
3. If the mixture is too dry, add more water as needed. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
4. Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed. Serve immediately.
