Sunflower Butter-Stuffed Chocolate Baked Oats

You can have your cake and oatmeal too! Technically, you're not eating cake for breakfast. This Sunflower Butter-Stuffed Chocolate Baked Oats recipe by @purelykaylie only tastes indulgent.

Yield: 2 servings


  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 cup Oat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Bananas, ripened and mashed
  • 1/4 cup Natural Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed, ground
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Butter
  • 1 Sunflower Butter + Chocolate MacroBar, chopped, topping
  • 1 Banana, sliced, topping


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 2-3 ramekins.
2. Add rolled oats, oat milk, mashed banana, cocoa powder, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Fill the ramekins halfway with the batter. Add a large spoonful of sunflower butter on top. Cover with the remaining batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Remove ramekins from the oven. Add the Sunflower Butter + Chocolate MacroBar and banana on top. Enjoy!
