  • 3 medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Spices/Herbs, your choice, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs


1. Add potatoes, water, and ½ teaspoon sea salt to a medium pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
2. Drain the potatoes and let them cool in a large bowl
3. Once potatoes have cooled, mash them in the bowl using a fork or masher. Add garlic powder, onion powder, spices and herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Also mash in the vegan butter.
4. Once the seasoning has been incorporated, roll the potatoes into balls (about 1-2 tablespoons each), and place them on a lined baking tray.
5. Roll each potato ball in the breadcrumbs, then place back onto the tray.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F / 200C for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and crispy. For even cooking, turn the balls over halfway through. Let cool and enjoy!
