Minty Matcha Vegan Milkshake

This milkshake from @cookwith.cam tastes indulgent, but rest assured has ingredients you can feel good about! The addition of mint makes for a refreshing post-workout drink .
Yield: 1 serving
- 2 Bananas, frozen and sliced
- 2 - 3 tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Matcha
- 1/2 tsp Mint Extract
- 1/4 Avocado
1. Add the sliced pieces of frozen banana to the food processor with almond milk. Pulse on high until well blended. Add almond milk as needed but do so sparingly to keep the consistency thick.
2. Add in the remaining ingredients and process on high until smooth.
3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
