- 1/2 Gluten-Free Baguette, sliced and toasted
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Green Peas, cooked
- 3 - 4 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Chickpeas, cooked
- Olive Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
1. Spread hummus over bread slices.
2. Add toppings of your choice. *Topping measurements are rough estimates. Feel free to add more or less, and use your favorite topping ingredients.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on some salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
