Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach, smoothie
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, peeled, smoothie
  • 1 cup Mango, frozen, smoothie
  • 2 - 3 Medjool Dates, pitted and halved, smoothie
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced, smoothie
  • 4 - 6 Fresh Mint, optional, smoothie
  • Pinch Salt, optional, smoothie
  • 1/4 tsp Spirulina, optional, smoothie
  • 1 Coconut + Granola MacroBar, chopped, topping
  • 1 Banana, sliced, topping
  • Blueberries, topping
  • Coconut Shreds, topping
  • Chia Seeds, topping
  • Hemp Seeds, topping

Directions

1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
