Ingredients
- 2 Bananas, frozen, smoothie
- 1/3 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, smoothie
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, smoothie
- 1/8 tsp Salt, smoothie
- 1 1/2 cups Cashew Milk, smoothie
- 3/4 cup Almond Flour, cookie dough
- 1/2 cup Cashew Butter, cookie dough
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, cookie dough
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, cookie dough
- 1/8 tsp Salt, cookie dough
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips, cookie dough
Directions
1. Combine the cookie dough ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a bowl. Mix together, then fold in the chocolate chips.
2. Combine all smoothie ingredients and half of the cookie dough in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour smoothie into glasses. Sprinkle the remaining cookie dough on top. Enjoy!
