Step aside banana bread, here's a new use for your ripe bananas! Our Maple Sea Salt MacroBar, adds a touch of salty sweetness to these delicious cookies from @vegamelon.

  • 2 Bananas, ripened and mashed
  • 2 tbsp Nut- or Seed-Butter
  • 4 tbsp Plant-based Milk
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Raisins, Chocolate Chips, and Chopped Nuts, optional
  • 1 Maple Sea Salt MacroBar


1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a blender, combine the bananas, nut/seed butter, milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and mix-ins. Blend the Maple Sea Salt MacroBar with the wet ingredients for a "smoother" final look. The dough should have the consistency of cake batter, so you may need to add a little more milk.
4. Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and tap the tray on a counter a few times to flatten the cookies.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
