GoMacro Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.gomacro.com, for any reason, we will promptly replace the item or provide a refund of its purchase price per the following guidelines:

Defective Product

As part of our quality assurance, our bars undergo rigorous evaluation before they leave our facility in Viola, WI. However, in the event that your receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately contactcustomercare@gomacro.comand send us a photo of the defect so that we can review the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the bars or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by GoMacro.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with product purchased fromwww.gomacro.complease contact customercare@gomacro.com Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges due to food safety regulations. However, if you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by GoMacro.

Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of their delivery date and accompanied with proof of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, no more than 2 bars may be missing from each tray.

Refunds

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank.
