Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Breakfast Parfait

An easy grab-and-go breakfast with layers of creamy dairy-free yogurt, crumbled Oatmeal Chocolate Chip MacroBars®, granola, and fresh berries. Topped with 'oatmeal cookie dough balls' for an extra touch of sweet, chewy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt of choice
  • 2 - 3 tbsp granola of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip MacroBar®, ½ torn into small pieces and ½ rolled into small .5” balls
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, optional for sweetness

Directions

  1. Gradually mix maple syrup into dairy-free yogurt until desired sweetness is achieved.
  2. Spoon half of strawberries and blueberries into bottom of serving glass, then top with half of the dairy-free yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, and MacroBar pieces on top, reserving the rolled balls.
  4. Add remaining berries and spoon remaining yogurt on top, finishing with rolled MacroBar balls.
  5. Drizzle with almond butter and top with dairy-free chocolate chips, enjoy!
