Tropical Coconut Smoothie Bowl

This beautiful and delicious smoothie bowl by @purelykaylie will brighten your morning! This Tropical Coconut Smoothie Bowl may require a Granola + Coconut MacroBar.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 handfuls spinach or kale
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp spirulina, optional
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk or plant-based milk
  • Granola + Coconut MacroBar, chopped, optional topping

  • gluten-free granola, optional topping
  • gluten-free oats, optional topping
  • walnuts, optional topping
  • kiwi fruit, optional topping
  • berries, optional topping

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer smoothie to a bowl.
  4. Add any toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
