Production Mixer (1st & 2nd Shifts)

 Position: Production Mixer

Reports to: Production Mixer Lead

Position Description:

Manufacture high quality product in a safe and sanitary manner, while following GoMacro’s food safety guidelines and GMPs. 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Complete daily production tasks

· Weigh out ingredients

· Verify and record ingredient lot numbers

· Verify and record ingredient lot changes

· Complete accurate batching documentation 

· Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel for ingredients

· Follow GMPs and Food Safety Plan to ensure safe, quality product

· Maintain a clean production environment 

· Display cooperativeness 

· Ensure maximum production efficiency

· Effectively communicate issues with mixer lead

· Effectively understand allergen sequencing

· Effectively operate equipment 

· Complete equipment setup/breakdown as needed
