The holidays are over. We would like to say thank you for your support. It was a tough year for us, as it was for many small businesses, and we could not have made it without you. We now look forward to a New Year with exciting challenges and bright prospects.

We have been making MacroBars and Cookies for several years, and this year we will be working on new products and new recipes. It is great to see the increasing demand for healthy vegan and gluten free products and we have lots of great ideas that we will be developing throughout the year.

We are also in the process of redesigning the Interact portion of our website. It is much easier to achieve a healthy lifestyle in the company of friends so we will be devoting part of our website to a community forum; a place to share health and diet tips and motivational stories and experiences. We want to hear about the challenges you face so we can help and motivate each other. We will be asking you to send us reviews of your favorite vegan, eco-friendly restaurants, tell us about the books that have inspired you and talk about your favorite Macro picks. Most of all, we will ask you to tell us about the people that work hard to create a more humane and compassionate world; people that can really use our support.

Of course, we are not expecting you to do all the work, we will continue to contribute, but most of all, in exchange for your input we will donate to the people and organizations that you tell us about.

Again, this year, we will be sponsoring many of the organizations that we care deeply about; Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary, a 400 acre refuge for farm animals in Maryland, Susan B Kohmen Race for the Cure for breast cancer research, The Humane Society of the United States and many others. This year for the first time we will also sponsor the Wilderness Classroom on their North American Odyssey, an expedition across North America by kayak, canoe, and dogsled in order to educate folks about the wildest remaining places in North America as well as inspiring them to live more simply and reduce their carbon footprints.
